Summary
The Production Manager oversees daily operations in a custom millwork and cabinetry manufacturing facility. This position manages production schedules, labor, materials, quality, safety, and shop personnel to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, profitably, and on schedule.

Requirements
- Previous experience leading or managing production teams is preferred.
- Previous experience leading or managing production teams is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC machinery and other woodworking equipment.
- Solid understanding of custom cabinetry and millwork manufacturing processes.
- Solid understanding of custom cabinetry and millwork manufacturing processes.
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety, quality, efficiency, and dependable project delivery.
- Ability to confidently interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, & related technical documents.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with labor costing, estimating, production scheduling, and project profitability is preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience within custom millwork, cabinetry, architectural woodworking, or a related manufacturing environment.
