Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from engineering through installation while maintaining strong client relationships. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of each project, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from engineering through installation while maintaining strong client relationships. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of each project, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
-Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
-Manage all aspects of projects from engineering through installation.
-Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
-Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
-Coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
-3–5+ years of Project Management experience (additional experience preferred for Senior Project Manager candidates).
-Experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, woodworking, or related manufacturing industries.
-Strong client relationship management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience using Bluebeam is a must & Innergy ERP experience is a plus.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
