Summary
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. This position requires a strong focus on leadership and quality, ensuring that our production lines run efficiently and that our products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities
-Regular safety training sessions and drills keep the team informed and prepared.
-Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies related to quality.
-Analyze production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
-Ensure the efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to maximize productivity & minimize waste.

-Develop & manage production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
-Implement & promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

-Identify and resolve abnormal conditions promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
-Investigate and report any safety incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
-Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
-Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for management.
-Monitor and evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans when necessary.

Requirements
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume cabinetry manufacturing environment.
-A combination of education and substantial professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
-Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
